Introduction IG-3A molecular sieve:

 

IG-3A molecular sieve is a kind of specially developped 3A Molecular Sieve which could be used well as desiccant for insulating glass.With the good characters of large adsorption capacity, small bulk density, low product dust and good fluidity, IG-3A molecular sieve can continuously and deeply absorb the water and residual organic volatiles in the insulating glass interlayer, effectively prevent the glass interlayer from condensation and frosting, keep the insulating glass bright and transparent at very low temperature, and achieve a good sound insulation and heat insulation effect. At the same time, it can fully reduce the strong internal and external pressure difference borne by the insulating glass due to the change of season and temperature difference between day and night, completely solve the problem of distortion and breakage caused by the expansion and contraction of the insulating glass, and fully extend the service life of the insulating glass. IG-3A molecular sieve can best meet all performance indicators of insulating glass and the vacuum filling process, will not have any impact on its physical and chemical properties.
